All levels are welcome and no yoga experience is necessary. All participants will receive a holiday scented aromatherapy bottle and Seas The Yoga hair tie. We will also have a raffle giveaway after class while sipping on Christmas mimosas and enjoying Florida’s beautiful winter weather. Bring your yoga mat\, water and a smile. Sea you on the mat! \nAbout our instructor\, Nina:\nNina has been a Yogi for almost 10 years. She found yoga as a last resort to help with anxiety and physical pain. Teaching yoga and helping others find movement\, get healthy and feel comfortable in their own skin is her biggest passion.
