In the words of my favorite neurotic Friends character Ross, “Here we go! Pivot!” Much like Ross’ subtle couch maneuvering in that New York City stairwell, Hatch Creatives is making a pivot.

It’s hard to believe Hatch started just little over a year ago. We launched in January of 2018, and in the short time, I’ve learned the importance of remaining open handed to the future and best practices for Hatch. As a community built for the purpose of gathering women together for networking, inspiration and skill-building, local events will always be something that’s part of our DNA. But I’m excited to share something special we’ve been brainstorming and strategizing for this growing community.

Our once a month events will now move to a quarterly schedule. With fewer events on the calendar, Hatch will offer more intentional content and break out sessions, resources and training tools and more time to network with other gals in attendance. This also allows my team time to plan and create some incredible content to make these events be the best we can offer!

With that being said, we hope that you mark your calendars because our first quarterly event will be held on Saturday, June 15! And the best part? This first event will be all about enhancing your online presence. You spoke up during our survey and said that you were looking for ways to grow your business through social media, blogging, SEO (basically all things digital), and guess what—we listened! We’ll be bringing in an incredible keynote speaker and have practical break-out workshops for you to be part of. Want to learn the latest about social media tools, trends and how to create great video content for your digital presence? We gotcha covered, Hatch gal.

Just because we’re moving to quarterly events doesn’t mean less hangout time—in fact, we hope we see your beautiful faces more every month. Be on the lookout for opportunities to connect with other Hatch gals in between events as we launch monthly small group gatherings around South Florida! In the meantime, head over to our Facebook group if you want to get a convo going with other creative gals, ask for freelance help, or even want to collaborate over coffee with other Hatch gals.

It’s an honor to be learning and growing alongside you gals, so thanks for being a part of this community of women. Can’t wait to see you in June!

Xoxo,

Laura Botu, Founder
