Namast’ay Stress-Free This Holiday
Come hang with Hatch and Nina from Seas The Yoga at the beautiful Lighthouse Point Yacht Club to start the season off stress-free, with a fun and relaxing yoga class. All levels are welcome and no yoga experience is necessary. All participants will receive a holiday scented aromatherapy bottle and Seas The Yoga hair tie. We will also have a raffle giveaway after class while sipping on Christmas mimosas and enjoying Florida’s beautiful winter weather. Bring your yoga mat, water and a smile. Sea you on the mat!
About our instructor, Nina:
Nina has been a Yogi for almost 10 years. She found yoga as a last resort to help with anxiety and physical pain. Teaching yoga and helping others find movement, get healthy and feel comfortable in their own skin is her biggest passion. At Seas The Yoga we help you to “Seas The Good – In Yourself, In Others & In The World.”
